Payment Policies:
Payment in Full Due at Check-In. Credit Cards used only to Confirm and Hold a Condo.
Payment of Room and Tax with Personal Checks, Cash, Travelers' Checks or Bank Drafts Acceptable
Reservation Policies:
Seven (7) day minimum stay required.
Rates based on 1-2 persons, extra person is $10 per night.
A two (2) night deposit or an authorized major credit card is due within 10 days from the date that the reservation is made to secure the reservation or it is subject to cancellation. Credit Card waives deposit requirement. Payment in full due at Check-In.
ALL Monthly Advance Deposits are Non-Refundable.
Cancellation Policies:
A full refund will be made on reservations cancelled with proper notice as follows:
Low Season: 14 days notice.
High Season: 30 days notice.
Any cancellation received without proper notice will be subject to a 2 nights fee.
Availability Policies:
We try to provide you the room you are requesting, but from time to time we can't gaurantee the particular room number, but you'll be gauranteed a similar room.
Cleaning Fee Policies:
There is a One-Time, Non-Taxed, Non-Waivable Cleaning Fee Accessed on All Rentals.
The Fee is $60 for all Stays of 21 Days or Less, and $75 for all Stays of 1 Month or More.
Maid Services are Not Offered. However, Cleaning Supplies are Available in All Condos.
Refundable Security Deposit:
At Check-In, we'll collect a refundable security deposit to cover any damage or loss.
The deposit is $100 cash for 7-14 days stay, $200 cash for 15 days or longer stay.
At Check-Out, you'll get all your deposit back if the room has no damage or loss.
